Complete the onboarding questionnaire
Schedule strategy calls

Deliver the Built To Fit™ engagement, including preparing for and conducting strategy calls
Perform the research and business-model/offer alignment work included in the Service
Prepare your final Built To Fit™ report and SENT Framework handoff

Payments for Built To Fit™ are processed through Stripe, with checkout handled via GoHighLevel. Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe under its own privacy and security practices; we do not store your full card number. We receive transaction information (such as confirmation of payment) needed to fulfill your purchase.
To operate the Service, we use the following third-party providers:
GoHighLevel — CRM, checkout, scheduling, onboarding forms, and client communications
Stripe — payment processing
Zoom — conducting strategy calls
These providers process information on our behalf and have their own privacy practices governing the data they handle.
Our checkout and scheduling pages, hosted through GoHighLevel, may use cookies or similar technologies as needed to operate correctly — for example, to process your order or maintain your session. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking tools on these pages beyond what is required for GoHighLevel and Stripe to function.

We retain client information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, legal and accounting obligations, and other legitimate business needs.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect and rely in part on the security practices of our service providers, including Stripe and GoHighLevel, to protect payment and account data. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Built To Fit™ is intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it.
